Beginning in 2024 Meta sent Plaintiff two separate written notifications and emails confirming he had earned $500 each — $1,000 total — and instructing him to connect his PayPal account to receive payment. He connected his PayPal both times. Meta never paid. Meta claimed banking errors. Meta kept his money. By early 2025 Plaintiff joined Meta's formal creator monetization program and grew NewsOnScale to approximately 74,000 followers and over 250 million Facebook views. In August 2025 Meta permanently banned all of Plaintiff's accounts using a false accusation of child sexual abuse material as stated pretext — four days before his July 2025 creator earnings payment of $1,420 was due. Florida AG confirmed Meta violated Florida law. $5,000,000 demand letter sent July 2026 via certified mail — no response. Following filing of federal complaint Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC on August 28, 2026 Meta began throttling Plaintiff's video uploads on both Facebook and Instagram to 15-23 minutes per video while text and photo posts published instantly. False error messages displayed on successfully uploaded videos.

Account 3 — new device — checkmark delivered immediately — proving targeted withholding from Account 2. The same videos uploaded to Facebook and Instagram without a single violation on the same dates. On August 19, 2026 TikTok's algorithm served Plaintiff content appearing to depict drug paraphernalia and potentially underage individuals in sexual positions immediately upon opening the app without any search or request. Plaintiff filed NCMEC CyberTipline report within minutes. Oracle Corporation acquired TikTok US operations January 2026. Oracle chairman Larry Ellison is a documented personal and financial ally of Elon Musk who invested in X Corp alongside Musk.

Following filing of Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC Google AI denied the lawsuit existed when asked by a third party. When confronted with the case number Google AI apologized and characterized the $1 billion demand as shock value and political popularity — an unsolicited editorial opinion from a search AI about a declared presidential candidate's federal litigation. When asked about Meta's false CSAM accusation Google AI returned no response available for this search. YouTube throttled Plaintiff's video uploads to approximately one hour for a two minute video on the same day. A YouTube Short about Google misleading voters took 43 minutes to upload. Previously uploaded videos stuck in processing loops for 24 plus hours. Zero views on lawsuit-related content. Presidential campaign videos consistently suppressed to single digit views while unrelated political content reaches hundreds of views on the same channel. Plaintiff tagged Google on X on August 30, 2026 and stated he has no problem amending his federal complaint to add Google as a defendant.
