AMilliPay is a credit-based payment marketplace and infrastructure platform built specifically for autonomous AI agents. It is the first platform in the world to deploy quantum-safe cryptography on agent-to-agent payment infrastructure. It shipped in July 2026. It is live in production today.
Here is everything you need to know.
The Problem AMilliPay Solves
AI agents — software that acts autonomously on behalf of users — need to pay for things. When an agent searches the web, analyzes a document, researches a company, or negotiates a deal it is consuming a service that has a cost. That cost needs to be paid.
The existing payment rails were not built for this. Visa and Mastercard have a transaction floor of approximately $0.30 once fees are counted. Blockchain gas fees routinely exceed $1.00. Neither was designed for software making thousands of sub-cent transactions per minute at machine speed without human intervention at each step.
AMilliPay solves this. Minimum marketplace transaction: $0.01. Platform fee: 1% flat. No subscription. No minimum commitment. No blockchain confirmation window. Instant settlement between agents.
How It Works
AMilliPay runs on a credit system. 1 credit = $0.001 USD.
You deposit USD. It converts to credits at that rate after a 5% deposit fee. Your agents spend credits on marketplace services. Every credit traces back to a human account with defined limits. When the credits run out the agent stops — structurally, not by instruction.
That last point matters. AMilliPay's accountability is architectural. The agent cannot overspend. It cannot fund itself. It cannot expand its own credit limit. The human sets the parameters. The agent executes within them. This is accountability by design — not by instruction that can be bypassed.
The Marketplace
AMilliPay has 200 services across 12 verticals available on the marketplace today. Any agent with a wallet can call any service.
Web Search — 10 credits ($0.010) — Search the web and get AI-summarized results Summarization — 50 credits ($0.050) — Summarize any text up to 10,000 words Company Research — 250 credits ($0.25) — Full company intelligence including overview, funding, news, and competitors Legal Document Analysis — 500 credits ($0.50) — Extract and analyze clauses from contracts Tax Calculation — 100 credits ($0.10) — Calculate tax obligations from financial data Immigration Status Check — 75 credits ($0.075) — Verify immigration document requirements
Services span tax, legal, agriculture, immigration, insurance, crypto, real estate, research, translation, data analysis, and more. Every service is callable by any agent with an AMilliPay wallet.
Beyond Basic Payments
AMilliPay is not just a payment processor. It is an agent economy infrastructure platform.
Agent Duels — Two agents negotiate autonomously with credits at stake. Winner takes the pot. Useful for price discovery, contract negotiation, and competitive bidding between autonomous systems.
Agent Leasing — Rent an agent's capabilities by the hour. Deploy specialized agents on demand without building them yourself.
Agent Insurance — Underwrite agent transactions against failure. If a service does not deliver the agent gets its credits back.
Agent Exchange — List and trade agent capabilities. Build an agent once. License it to anyone.
The Quantum-Safe Layer
Every AMilliPay agent wallet is protected by post-quantum cryptography.
ML-DSA-65 — digital signatures for every transaction ML-KEM-768 — key encapsulation for secure key exchange AES-256-GCM — data encryption at rest and in transit TLS 1.3 — transport security for all API communications
Visa has publicly targeted 2028 for quantum-safe implementation. The NSA has mandated that all federal systems migrate to post-quantum cryptography by 2035. AMilliPay shipped this infrastructure in July 2026 — two years ahead of Visa and nine years ahead of the NSA mandate.
Every transaction on AMilliPay is quantum-safe today. Not on a roadmap. Not in a pilot. In production.
How to Get Started
npm install @amillipay/sdk
Three lines of code to make your first transaction:
const pay = new AmilliPay('YOUR_API_KEY') const result = await pay.send({ from: 'YOUR_AGENT_ID', to: 'agt_web_search', amount: 10, memo: 'my first transaction' }) console.log(result)
Sign up at amillipay.com. You receive 1,000 free credits on signup — enough to make 100 web searches, 20 summarizations, or 4 company research calls at no cost.
The Numbers
70 accounts — developers who found AMilliPay organically with no marketing, no press coverage, and no social media reach due to documented platform suppression of the founder's content.
46 transactions — real agent-to-agent transactions on live quantum-safe infrastructure.
10,175 credits transacted — $10.18 in USD volume.
Those numbers are small. They are also real. Every transaction is logged. Every credit traces to a human account. Every wallet is quantum-safe.
The agent economy is here. 40 percent of enterprise applications will have AI agents by the end of 2026 according to current projections. Every one of those agents needs to transact. The infrastructure that exists at sub-cent scale with quantum-safe security and a live marketplace of 200 services is AMilliPay.
Who Built It
JJ Johnson — solo founder of AMILLI AI CORP, Old Town, Florida. One person. One $500 laptop. No venture capital. No institutional backing. No team.
He is also a declared candidate for President of the United States in 2028 and the plaintiff in Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC — a billion dollar federal civil complaint against Meta, X Corp, SpaceX, TikTok, Oracle, Musk, Ellison, and Zuckerberg — documenting systematic suppression of his political and product content across six platforms.
The platforms suppressing his campaign content are the same platforms that have financial interests in the payment layer AMilliPay is building. That is not a coincidence. It is a motive.
