Two men were at the White House on September 29 for Trump's AI lunch. Both are defendants in a federal lawsuit filed by a declared 2028 presidential candidate. Both are now positioned to receive hundreds of billions of dollars in U.S. defense contracts.
Elon Musk spent $290 million to elect Trump and was appointed to run the Department of Government Efficiency, giving him unprecedented access to federal spending decisions. SpaceX, his space company, is among the frontrunners to build Trump's Golden Dome — a satellite-based missile defense shield modeled on Israel's Iron Dome with a price tag of $500 billion. SpaceX already holds an $843 million NASA contract to deorbit the International Space Station.
Mark Zuckerberg's Meta is partnered with defense startup Anduril on EagleEye, a $22 billion Army contract for AI-enhanced combat headsets that detect incoming threats and control autonomous weapons. Zuckerberg attended the White House state dinner for Xi Jinping on September 24 and the AI lunch on September 29. Five days. Two White House visits.
Now consider what those same two men have done to a declared presidential candidate.
JJ Johnson founded AMILLI AI, Corp. in January 2025 and built AMilliPay, the world's first quantum-safe agent-to-agent payment rail for the AI agent economy. In August 2025, while Johnson was exploring a run for Florida governor, Meta banned his account and accused him of posting child sexual abuse material. The accusation was false. His NewsOnScale operation was profitable on Meta's platform at the time. No meaningful appeal was provided. Johnson went on to file as a 2028 presidential candidate on July 4, 2026.
Johnson's federal civil complaint, Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC, is pending in the Northern District of Florida against Meta, X Corp, SpaceX, and their executives. A second complaint naming additional defendants and alleging civil RICO violations and election interference is in preparation.
The men named in those complaints are the same men the Trump administration just handed hundreds of billions of dollars in defense work.
Musk's platform, X, is a defendant. His company SpaceX is a defendant and a Golden Dome frontrunner. Zuckerberg's Meta falsely accused a future presidential candidate of a federal crime, banned him, and is now a Pentagon partner.
These are not coincidences of timing. They are a picture of who has access, who gets contracts, and who gets banned.
The men suppressing a presidential candidate are building America's weapons.
