JJ Johnson, declared 2028 presidential candidate and founder of AMILLI AI, Corp., tagged several Democratic state Attorneys General on X this morning, along with Florida's own Attorney General, over documented platform suppression of his campaign.
The AGs tagged include New York's Letitia James, California's Rob Bonta, and Washington's Bob Ferguson — each of whom has a track record of pursuing platform accountability cases. Florida's Attorney General was also tagged.
Johnson has already made direct contact with the New York AG's office. He left a message Friday morning. The office called him back the same day. He is following up.
The move comes as Johnson prepares a second federal complaint naming Microsoft, Alphabet, Google, YouTube, and their executives, alleging civil RICO violations and election interference. His first complaint, Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC, is already pending in the Northern District of Florida against Meta, X Corp, SpaceX, TikTok, Oracle, and their executives.
Johnson's documented evidence includes repeated control test comparisons showing campaign content receiving zero views while neutral content on the same accounts performs normally. LinkedIn selectively blocks his posts. Instagram confirms uploads that never appear. Gmail has held outgoing correspondence in a queue.
Florida's AG has not acted on Johnson's case. Johnson has lived in Florida for 40 years.
"A presidential candidate with documented evidence of systematic suppression should not have to look outside his own state for relief," Johnson said. "But here we are."
