On October 15, 2026, JJ Johnson — declared 2028 presidential candidate, founder of AMILLI AI, Corp., and pro se plaintiff in federal civil case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC against X Corp and Elon Musk — conducted a live controlled suppression test on X using two separate accounts simultaneously.
The results were documented with screenshots and timestamps.
The test
Account 1: A burner account held since 2022 with no connection to Johnson's campaign. Account 2: Johnson's campaign account @JJ_JOHNSON_28, the account named in his federal lawsuit against X Corp.
Johnson posted a reply to a16z's tweet from his burner account about PumpAMilli, his Solana meme coin launchpad.
The results
The burner account's reply was routed to spam — visible only to users who specifically click to view spam replies.
Johnson then switched to his campaign account device, located the burner account's spam reply, and posted a comment from his campaign account stating the reply did not belong in spam.
X's system showed that a comment was made — the comment count incremented, confirming X received the post. But when Johnson clicked to view the comment, nothing was there. The comment content does not exist. It cannot be seen. It cannot be clicked. X acknowledged receiving a post from his campaign account and rendered its content completely inaccessible — not in spam, not hidden behind a click, simply gone.
What this documents
X's system is not filtering Johnson's campaign account content as spam. It is creating the appearance of participation — the post registers, the count increments — while ensuring the content is permanently inaccessible to everyone including the person who posted it.
This documents a two-layer suppression system: Layer 1 — the burner account's legitimate reply routed to spam, invisible to a16z's audience without a deliberate click. Layer 2 — the campaign account's reply to that spam comment acknowledged as received by X's system but rendered completely inaccessible. The comment count increments. The content does not exist.
The context
X Corp is a named defendant in Johnson's active federal civil lawsuit alleging election interference, Civil RICO, Sherman Antitrust violations, and Florida Digital Rights Act violations. The lawsuit is pending in the Northern District of Florida.
A platform operating a content invisibility system on a plaintiff's account — making posts register as received while rendering their content permanently inaccessible — is not content moderation. It is a system designed to make suppression invisible to the person being suppressed.
The screenshots exist. The timestamps exist. The comment count increment with no visible comment exists.
This is the result of federally funded defense contractors purchasing major social media platforms. Elon Musk says X stands for free speech. A declared candidate for the highest office in the United States of America is invisible on his platform.
