The United States has a power problem.
Not a left problem or a right problem. Not a Democrat problem or a Republican problem. A power problem. Concentrated power operating without meaningful accountability — at the federal level, at the state level, at the county level, and inside the private corporations that now control the public square.

Congress has not declared war since 1942. The United States has been in active military conflict against Iran for seven months. Six Americans have been killed. Then the House went home for the midterms.

Accountability means platforms that suppress presidential candidates answer for it in federal court. None of that is radical. All of it is what the Constitution and existing law already require. The problem is not that the rules do not exist. The problem is that the people with power have decided the rules do not apply to them.
