To the Federal Trade Commission:
This week you opened a Section 6(b) investigation into Microsoft, Google, Amazon, OpenAI, and Anthropic over the investment partnerships that have quietly consolidated the AI industry. You are asking whether those deals allow dominant companies to exercise undue influence, lock in privileged access, and foreclose fair competition.
You are asking the right question. You are only asking half of it.
I am JJ Johnson. I am a solo founder, a farmer in Dixie County, Florida, and a declared candidate for President of the United States in 2028. Between January 2026 and today, working alone on a $500 laptop, I built AMilliPay — agent-to-agent payment infrastructure covering 12 verticals, built to NIST post-quantum cryptography standards, NSA 2035 compliant, USPTO trademark filed. No cloud investment. No hyperscaler partnership. No exclusive access deal with any company under your investigation. I shipped the world's first quantum-safe payment rail for the AI agent economy before Visa, Mastercard, or any company represented at last week's White House AI lunch.
I built it outside the investment cycle you are investigating. And the platforms owned by the companies you are investigating have made sure almost no one can find it.
The Half You Are Missing
Your investigation focuses on how dominant companies used investment to close the supply side of the AI market. What you have not yet examined is how those same companies use distribution to close the demand side.
The platforms owned by the companies in your inquiry are the same platforms through which independent AI builders must reach customers, distribute their tools, and build public credibility. When those platforms suppress independent builders, the anti-competitive effect is identical to an investment exclusivity clause. The market closes from a different direction. Investment locks out competitors at the foundation. Distribution locks them out at the surface. Together they seal the market completely.
Here is what that looks like from the inside.
Meta banned my account in June 2025 and accused me of posting child sexual abuse material. The accusation was false. At the time, NewsOnScale was profitable on Meta's platform. No meaningful appeal was provided. That ban triggered the founding of AMILLI AI, Corp.
LinkedIn flagged my campaign account for harassment within 24 hours of its creation.
YouTube has delivered zero views on five consecutive days of my campaign content. A neutral video posted to the same account in the same period received over 1,000 views. I have the screen recordings, the timestamps, and the view counts.
Facebook posts from my accounts spin until I manually refresh the page.
Instagram confirms story uploads that never appear.
Gmail has held my outgoing correspondence in a queued state rather than delivering it.
These failures do not occur on days when I post about my farm. They occur when I post about my company, my payment rail, and my campaign. The pattern is documented. The control tests are dated. The evidence exists.
My federal civil complaint, Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC, is pending in the Northern District of Florida. A second complaint naming Microsoft, Alphabet, Google, YouTube, and their executives, alleging civil RICO violations and election interference, is in preparation.
The Question I Am Asking You to Add
You are investigating whether these companies distorted the AI market through investment. I am asking you to investigate whether they also distorted it through distribution — specifically, whether platforms owned by companies invested in dominant AI developers systematically restrict the reach of independent builders who compete with or threaten those developers' market position.
If an independent builder cannot reach customers on platforms controlled by the same companies that locked up the foundational model market through investment, the anti-competitive effect is total.
The investment closes the supply side.
The distribution closes the demand side.
Nothing gets through.
I am available to speak with Commission staff, provide documentation, or submit a formal declaration.
Respectfully,
