In 2017 JJ Johnson was diagnosed with Adrenoleukodystrophy. ALD is a rare genetic disorder that destroys the myelin sheath protecting nerve cells in the brain. His doctors told him he would not survive to 2020.
It is September 2026. JJ Johnson is a farmer in Old Town, Dixie County, Florida. He is raising two children on his own. He has built ten technology products independently. He has filed a billion dollar federal civil complaint pro se against Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, X Corp, SpaceX, Elon Musk, TikTok Inc., Oracle Corporation, and Larry Ellison. The case — No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC — is active in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
On July 4 2026 — the 250th anniversary of American independence — he filed with the Federal Election Commission to run for President of the United States in 2028.
He is asking a straightforward question: if not now, when? And if not someone like him, who?
Who He Is
Johnson has been in technology since 2004 — before the Sprint-Nextel merger, before the iPhone, before social media as most Americans know it. He is not a Silicon Valley founder. He is not a venture-backed entrepreneur. He built every product he has ever shipped alone, on a farm, in one of the smallest and most rural counties in Florida, with no investors and no employees.

What He Believes
God. America Only. Populist.
On God:
Johnson does not speak about his faith as a political calculation. He speaks about it as the reason he is alive. The doctors gave him until 2020. God had a different timeline. He believes that timeline exists for a reason and that the work he is doing — the lawsuit, the products, the journalism, the campaign — is part of it.
He does not impose his faith on others. He lives it in what he builds and how he fights.
On the Constitution:
Johnson reads the Constitution the way a farmer reads a deed — as a document that means exactly what it says. Congress has the power to declare war. Article I Section 8. Not the President. Congress. The last time Congress exercised that power was 1942. The United States has been in Iran for seven months. Congress has not voted.
The Fourth Amendment prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures. Flock cameras track every vehicle in America without a warrant. The Supreme Court held in Kyllo v. United States that government cannot use technology not available to the general public to surveil Americans without a warrant.
The Fifth Amendment protects private property. You do not own your home if the government can take it for unpaid property taxes.
Johnson is not interpreting the Constitution. He is reading it.
On the Federal Reserve:
Andrew Jackson called the Second Bank of the United States a monster. He dismantled it. No major presidential candidate since has made auditing and abolishing the central bank a serious campaign position. Johnson is making it one. The Federal Reserve has never been subject to a full independent audit. $3 trillion in improper federal payments since 2003. The same government that cannot tell which of its recipients are alive or dead is managing the world's reserve currency without a full public audit.
Johnson is not against sound money. He is for knowing where the money actually goes.
On the Platforms:
Meta permanently banned Johnson in August 2025 using a false child sexual abuse material accusation — documented in writing. X Corp banned his presidential campaign account nineteen days after SpaceX completed its $75 billion IPO. TikTok applied 19 community guideline violations to content published freely on Facebook and Instagram. Google AI repeatedly told voters his federal case number belongs to an unrelated matter.
He documented every incident. He filed a billion dollar federal complaint on August 28 2026. The platforms restored normal service within days. The case is active.
What He Has Lived
Johnson raises two children on his own. His mother is elderly and disabled — living with him on the farm. His brother died in 1996. He has been in technology since before most of the founders he is now suing were household names.
He was diagnosed with a terminal illness in 2017 and told he had three years. He built ten products since then. He filed a federal lawsuit. He is running for president.
He is not running because politics is easy. He is running because he has already survived what most people would not and he believes the country deserves someone who has something real at stake.
What He Is Asking For
Johnson is not asking for your vote today. He is asking you to pay attention.
He is asking you to read the Constitution and notice what it says versus what is happening. He is asking you to look at the audit numbers for your county and ask where the money went. He is asking you to notice when an AI system tells you a federal lawsuit does not exist when it is sitting on PACER for anyone to read.
He is asking you to consider the possibility that the people running the country have been doing it wrong for a long time and that the solution might be someone who has no connection to the institutions that broke it.
