JJ Johnson, a declared 2028 Democratic presidential candidate and founder of AMILLI AI, CORP, has faced what appears to be a coordinated pattern of institutional suppression over the past 11 months — including a permanent Meta ban, four X suspensions in a single day, denials from seven banks attempting to open a legally required campaign account, a ChexSystems freeze on an account he never created, and dismissal from the Florida Attorney General office.

The documentation is extensive. The pattern is undeniable.

Meta — August 2025

While actively running for Governor of Florida with 74,000 followers and over 250 million organic views, Meta permanently banned Johnson campaign page, independent media company, and personal account. Meta cited a false accusation of child sexual abuse material as justification. Johnson has the notification screenshot. Meta withheld 1,420 dollars in earned creator income. No meaningful appeal process was provided.

Johnson has filed a 25 million dollar federal lawsuit against Meta in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California citing defamation, conversion, tortious interference, and election interference.

X Corp — July 15, 2026

In a single day, X Corp suspended Johnson presidential campaign account four times for posts about United States foreign policy toward Israel — specifically his campaign position that no foreign aid or weapons shipments should be authorized without explicit Congressional approval. Johnson posts were mass reported by organized groups. Each suspension required deleting constitutionally protected political speech to regain access.

Johnson is a declared federal presidential candidate. His foreign policy positions are protected political speech. Florida SB 7072 prohibits social media platforms from deplatforming political candidates. A complaint has been filed with the Florida Attorney General under Florida Digital Rights Statutes Section 501.701.

Seven Banks — Ongoing

Since filing his presidential campaign with the FEC, Johnson has been denied a campaign checking account by seven separate banks. Federal campaign finance law requires presidential candidates to maintain a dedicated campaign depository. The denials appear linked to a ChexSystems freeze on an account Johnson says he never created.

When Johnson called ChexSystems to investigate, he was transferred to call center employees who demanded biometric data to unfreeze the account. Johnson has filed complaints with the CFPB, OCC, and FDIC.

Florida Attorney General Office

When Johnson contacted the Florida Attorney General office to report the systematic banking denials of a declared federal candidate, an employee responded that it sounds like a conspiracy. Johnson documented the date, time, and response.

The Pattern

Meta. X. Seven banks. ChexSystems. The Florida AG office. Each institution individually could be explained as coincidence. Together they form a documented pattern of suppression against a declared federal presidential candidate who has no party backing, no donor obligations, and no establishment support.

Johnson has filed formal complaints with FINRA, the SEC, the CFPB, the FTC, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, and the Florida Attorney General. He has pending federal litigation against Meta and SoFi Securities.
