JJ Johnson filed to run for President of the United States on July 4, 2026. His platform doesn't start with party politics. It starts with the Constitution.
Abolish the IRS and End Unconstitutional Taxation
Johnson's position is direct: the federal income tax as currently structured is unconstitutional, and the agency built to enforce it should be abolished. The IRS costs billions to operate annually and places an enforcement burden disproportionately on working and middle-class Americans while corporations with armies of accountants navigate loopholes.
Audit the Federal Reserve
The Federal Reserve has never been fully audited. It controls the money supply, sets interest rates that affect every American's mortgage, savings, and job, and operates with limited congressional oversight. Johnson supports a full, public audit of the Federal Reserve's books, its gold holdings, and its balance sheet decisions made during crisis periods.
Audit the Gold Reserves
The United States gold reserves at Fort Knox have not been fully independently audited since the 1950s. Johnson supports a complete, independent, publicly reported audit of U.S. gold holdings.
Reform DCF and End Title IV-D Abuse
Johnson's most personal policy position concerns the use of Title IV-D federal funding, which incentivizes states to separate children from families without a crime having been committed first. Under the current system, states receive federal funds tied to child support enforcement in ways that critics argue create financial incentives to remove children from homes and establish custody arrangements that generate ongoing federal payments.
Johnson's position: no child should be separated from a parent without a crime being committed first. DCF should be defunded as currently structured and rebuilt around family preservation rather than family separation.
Technology and the AI Economy
Johnson built AMilliPay, the world's first agent-to-agent payment rail for the AI agent economy, before Visa, Mastercard, or any company represented at the White House AI summit did. His technology policy starts from direct experience: the AI agent economy needs open infrastructure, not infrastructure locked up by companies with exclusive government contracts and defense spending relationships.
The Case He's Making
Johnson is a solo founder who built ten technology products in seven months while filing a federal lawsuit, raising two kids, and running for president. His argument isn't that the system needs tweaking. It's that the people currently running it have never had to operate without the institutional backing, government contracts, and platform access that comes from being on the right side of the people in power.
He has filed a federal civil complaint, Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC, documenting what happens when you build without that backing and the platforms that could carry your message are owned by the people who benefit from the status quo.
The platform is on the record. So is the evidence of what it costs to run on it.
