JJ Johnson, the Florida technology founder behind AMILLI AI, CORP and the publisher of NewsOnScale, officially filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission on July 4th, 2026 to run for President of the United States in 2028.
The filing date was deliberate.
"July 4th is the most American day to declare your intention to fight for this country," Johnson said. "I did not choose it for the symbolism alone — I chose it because everything I am fighting for is about freedom. Free speech. Transparent government. A system that actually works for people instead of protecting itself."
Johnson path to a presidential run is unconventional by any measure. While running for Florida Governor, Meta permanently banned his campaign accounts, his independent media company, and his personal profile — eliminating 74,000 followers and 250 million views overnight. Meta also withheld ,420 in earned creator income and, according to Johnson, made a false accusation to justify the ban.
Rather than pursue reinstatement, Johnson built. He founded AMILLI AI, CORP, a Florida technology company, and launched a portfolio of products including FedPurse.com for federal government intelligence and CountyPurse.com, which delivers fiscal transparency data for all 3,143 US counties.
His platform centers on three core issues: ending property tax for American homeowners, pursuing criminal accountability for COVID-19 policy decisions, and exposing the Department of Justice undisclosed settlement fund disbursements.
Johnson describes himself as the only presidential candidate who will enter the White House with his own technology infrastructure, his own transparency tools, and no obligation to the political establishment.
"They tried to silence me," Johnson said. "Instead they created a candidate."
