JJ Johnson, the founder of AMILLI AI Corp and a declared candidate for Florida Governor in 2026, has formed a presidential exploratory committee for 2028.

Johnson is a solo technology founder, single father, and farmer based in Florida. His technology portfolio includes AMILLIPAY, a credit-based AI agent payment platform; FedPurse, a paid government intelligence platform; CountyPurse, a county budget transparency tool; and ParseTicker, a market data platform.

## Core issues

Johnson has identified three core issues driving his consideration of a presidential run.

Platform accountability. Section 230 reform and legal accountability for coordinated platform suppression of political candidates and small businesses. Johnson has documented evidence of suppression across multiple platforms and is pursuing litigation.

AI governance. Public interest framework for AI payment rails and agent economy infrastructure. Prevention of platform monopolization of autonomous agent commerce.

Civic transparency. Mandatory machine-readable financial disclosures from all government entities at the county, state, and federal level. Expansion of the CountyPurse and FedPurse model to make government spending accessible to every American.
