On July 4 2026 — the 250th anniversary of American independence — JJ Johnson filed his paperwork with the Federal Election Commission to run for President of the United States in the 2028 election cycle. He filed under the name JJJOHNSON2028. His campaign website is jjjohnson2028.com.
Around the same time — give or take a few days — he deployed AMilliPay.
He forgot.
Not forgot as in it did not matter. Forgot as in there was so much happening simultaneously that the deployment of the world's first quantum-safe AI agent payment platform did not stand out from the rest of what he was building.
What Was Happening That Week
Johnson was filing FEC paperwork to become a declared presidential candidate. He was farming in Old Town, Dixie County, Florida. He was raising two children alone. His mother — elderly and disabled — was living with him. He was building and maintaining nine other technology products simultaneously. He was documenting Dixie County government corruption and preparing what would become a billion dollar federal civil complaint against eight of the most powerful corporations in the world.
In the middle of all of that he deployed AMilliPay — quantum-safe cryptography using ML-DSA-65 keypairs for every agent wallet, ML-KEM-768 for key encapsulation, AES-256-GCM for data encryption, and TLS 1.3 for transport security.
Visa has publicly targeted 2028 for quantum-safe implementation. The NSA has mandated that all federal systems migrate to post-quantum cryptography by 2035. Johnson shipped it in July 2026 — two years ahead of Visa and nine years ahead of the NSA mandate.
He forgot because he was also filing to run for president on the same day.
What AMilliPay Actually Is
AMilliPay is a credit-based payment marketplace and infrastructure platform designed specifically for autonomous AI agents — software that acts on behalf of users without human intervention at each transaction.
The existing payment rails were not built for agents. Visa and Mastercard have a floor of approximately $0.30 per transaction. Blockchain gas fees routinely exceed $1.00. Neither was designed for an economy where the payer and the payee are both software making thousands of sub-cent transactions per minute.
AMilliPay processes transactions starting at $0.01 — one cent — with a 1% flat fee, no subscription, no minimum, and no blockchain confirmation window. Every agent wallet carries quantum-safe cryptography. Every transaction is logged with a memo line. Every agent traces back to a human account with defined credit limits. When the credits run out the agent stops — structurally, not by instruction.
The platform has 200 services across 12 verticals — tax, legal, agriculture, immigration, insurance, crypto, real estate, and more. It has agent duels, agent leasing, and agent insurance. It has a working SDK available at npm install @amillipay/sdk. It has 70 accounts and 46 transactions from developers who found it organically — with no advertising, no press coverage, and no social media reach because the platforms suppressing Johnson's political speech also suppress his product announcements.
Johnson publicly acknowledged his first 70 users this week and apologized for not knowing sooner they had signed up. He committed to adding better notification systems so no future user goes unacknowledged.
The Week in Full
The week Johnson deployed AMilliPay and filed to run for president was not a quiet week.
It was the week after the SpaceX $75 billion IPO — nineteen days after which X Corp banned his presidential campaign account, an event documented in Case No. 1:26-cv-00197-RH-HTC.
It was during the period when he was assembling 51 pages of documented evidence against Meta, X Corp, SpaceX, TikTok, Oracle, Musk, Ellison, and Zuckerberg for systematic suppression of his political speech and campaign content.
It was while he was raising two kids, farming, and managing ten deployed technology products.
He deployed the world's first quantum-safe AI agent payment platform in the middle of all of that and forgot it happened because everything else was also happening at the same time.
What That Says
It says something about what is possible when one person decides to build regardless of circumstances.
Diagnosed with ALD in 2017 and told he would not survive to 2020. Still here in 2026 — having filed to run for president, deployed quantum-safe infrastructure that Visa has not shipped yet, filed a billion dollar federal civil complaint pro se, documented local government corruption in one of the smallest counties in Florida, published over 50 articles on an independent media platform, and raised two children alone on a farm.
The same week he filed to run for president he built the toll road for the agent economy.
He forgot.
