In 2025 JJ Johnson sent a message to the platforms that had been suppressing his content. The message was simple: pay $1 billion or he would come out of semi-retirement and embarrass them publicly. They ignored it.
Days before NewsOnScale — his independent media publication — was set to merge into AMILLI AI CORP, Meta permanently banned all of his accounts. The stated reason was a child sexual abuse material violation. The accusation was false. NewsOnScale had been profitable on Meta. The timing was not coincidental.
Johnson did not beg for reinstatement. He did not hire lawyers. He did not go to the press.
He started plotting.
The Mission
Johnson started AMILLI AI CORP in January 2025 and sat on it — waiting. In August 2025 Meta banned him and accused him of posting child sexual abuse material while he was building toward a Florida gubernatorial run. The accusation was false. NewsOnScale had been profitable on Meta. Johnson knew immediately what the ban meant and what he needed to build: his own social media platform, his own financial infrastructure with AI, and a payment rail for the agent economy that nobody else had seen yet.
