Every major technology company is racing to build AI agents. The models are being funded. The platforms are being built. The White House held a summit about it.
Nobody built the payment layer. Except one person.
AMilliPay is agent-to-agent payment infrastructure covering 12 verticals including agent insurance, agent leasing, and agent duels. It runs on a credit-based micropayment ledger at $0.001 per transaction, with agent wallets, API-key authentication, a provider portal, and a published npm SDK (@amillipay/sdk). Its trademark is filed with the USPTO under Class 36. The platform already has over 70 registered accounts and more than 48 documented transactions.
It was built by JJ Johnson, founder of AMILLI AI, Corp., operating independently in Florida. He built it before Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, Coinbase, or any company represented at the September 29, 2026 White House AI summit.
AMILLI AI is now entertaining acquisition conversations for AMilliPay.
The opportunity is straightforward. Salesforce's AgentExchange has over 10,000 apps and 1,000 AI agents. None of them have a way to pay each other. Stripe processes trillions in payments but has no micropayment layer for autonomous agents. Coinbase is building agent infrastructure on Base but has no payment standard for agent-to-agent transactions. The gap is real, documented, and currently filled by one product.
The company that acquires AMilliPay owns the payment standard for the AI agent economy. The company that waits builds it later at greater cost or pays a higher acquisition price when the market has validated the need.
Johnson is not looking for a rescue. He is offering early access to infrastructure that the market will eventually require regardless of who builds it. The question for potential acquirers is whether they want to own the standard or react to it.
