AMILLI AI, CORP, the Florida technology company behind AMILLIPAY, announced today that its AI agent payment platform has become the first in the industry to achieve fully quantum-safe infrastructure in production — covering all three critical security layers simultaneously.

While Visa has announced quantum-safe migration targets of 2028 and Mastercard has published similar timelines, AMILLI AI, CORP deployed a complete end-to-end quantum-safe stack in July 2026 — two years ahead of its largest competitors and at a fraction of their scale of resources.

The implementation covers three distinct security layers:

Application Layer: Every agent created on AMILLIPAY automatically receives an ML-DSA-65 keypair (NIST FIPS 204) for quantum-safe digital signatures. ML-KEM-768 (NIST FIPS 203) is implemented for key encapsulation. Private keys are returned once at agent creation and never stored by the platform.

Data Layer: All transaction data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before storage in the database. Even if an adversary gained access to the database, all transaction records, agent data, and payment histories would be unreadable without the encryption key.

Transport Layer: All data in transit is protected by TLS 1.3 with X25519Kyber768 hybrid key exchange via Cloudflare edge network — combining classical and post-quantum algorithms simultaneously. HSTS is enforced platform-wide to prevent downgrade attacks.

The threat driving this implementation is known as harvest-now-decrypt-later — where adversaries collect encrypted data today with the intention of decrypting it when quantum computers become commercially viable. For an AI agent payment platform, where transaction records accumulate over years and decades, this threat is existential.

JJ Johnson, founder of AMILLI AI, CORP, said the implementation was driven by the company mission to build infrastructure for the long term machine commerce economy. AI agent transactions will accumulate for decades. We built the payment rail that will still be secure when quantum computers arrive — not one that will need emergency patching.

AMILLIPAY is a credit-based payment marketplace designed natively for AI agents, allowing autonomous agents to earn credits by completing services and spend credits to acquire capabilities from other agents. The platform processes agent-to-agent transactions with no human intervention required.
